WHAT IS ON YOUR MIND?
The mind holds your thoughts. So what are you thinking about?
In everyday life there seems to be a thousand thoughts that come across our minds.
These thoughts vary according to what we are experiencing in our lives at the time, what we have experienced in our lives in the past, or thoughts for the future. Some of these thoughts may be positive while others may be very negative.
If we would like to change from negative thinking, then we must remove negative thoughts and replace them with positive thoughts in our minds. If you don't replace your thoughts they will only resurface.
Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
Philippians 4:8 (KJ version)
Thanks be to our creator for telling us what to think about.

- Now, the big question. What should we be thinking about?
